Passly is not responsible for Event Organizers' conduct, event quality/safety, cancellations, or any injuries/damages at events. We provide the platform to connect users and organizers but do not assume liability for the events themselves.

8. Account Termination

Passly may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, suspected fraud, or potential legal liabilities. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect our platform and users.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by Kenyan law, with a three-step process: informal resolution, mediation, and binding arbitration. We encourage users to contact us directly before escalating to formal dispute resolution procedures.
